DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Dunbar, West Virginia, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive property insurance agent of record services. Required coverage includes property insurance for all real and personal property, such as buildings, contents, equipment, and business personal property. The selected agent will also secure flood insurance through the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) or via BRIM–coordinated private flood markets.

Additionally, underground storage tank insurance must be arranged to provide third-party and cleanup coverage for regulated tanks. The agent will collaborate with the Board regarding cyber coverage, focusing on coverage limits and incident reporting protocols. Support with insurance claims is also a required service.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by June 11, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 4, 2026. The initial contract term will be for one year.
