Property coverage must encompass real and personal property owned, leased, or used by the district, including buildings, contents, and equipment. Coverage requirements include replacement cost valuation where applicable, business interruption and extra expense, newly acquired property, property in transit, valuable papers, and electronic data processing equipment, as well as debris removal and ordinance or law coverage.
