The selected vendor will be responsible for researching current market conditions for these cylinders, with a focus on the availability of refillable options and the assessment of existing and required infrastructure.

The scope of work includes conducting extensive outreach to inform stakeholders about new regulatory requirements, as well as developing and distributing educational and outreach materials tailored to consumers, retailers, influencers, and other parties.
