The vendor must provide a dedicated film crew, coordinate with participating tourism businesses and video subjects, and ensure all required release forms are signed.

Responsibilities include managing asset and music licensing, creating series titling and graphics, and delivering editing and post-production services. The vendor will also handle all travel arrangements—including transportation, accommodations, meals, and related expenses—for the project and film crew. Production will be coordinated according to the individual availability of participating businesses, rather than a set or condensed timeline. If models or voice actors are required, their selection, fees, and coordination are also the vendor’s responsibility.
