This opportunity seeks vendors to provide a roster of promotional materials and related supplies in a wide range of materials, sizes, and formats. Required items include apparel and branded merchandise such as t-shirts, hats, jerseys, lanyards, backpacks, pins, water bottles, latex-free pens, notebooks, coffee mugs, sunglasses, magnets, gripper pads, and other promotional products.

The scope also includes recognition items such as plaques, trophies, crystal towers, and similar awards. Vendors should be able to customize products using methods such as sticker or vinyl printing, embroidery, and other design applications, including logos, illustrations, and brand marks. Suppliers should be capable of handling both small production runs of fewer than 20 units and larger-volume orders.
