DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide a range of promotional item supplies, including but not limited to bags and totes, beverage and drinkware, outdoor and leisure products, awards, educational toys, wellness and safety items, customized supplies, apparel, writing instruments, and various other miscellaneous products. These items may be used for events, campaigns, recognition, and branding purposes.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2026, allowing potential bidders to clarify requirements and expectations. All vendor questions regarding the procurement must be submitted by the same date. The contract awarded from this RFP will have a duration of one year.
