The vendor must also provide customizable bags and totes, including sling bags, backpacks, and similar products, featuring sturdy materials like canvas or polyester and prominent logo placement. Additional requirements involve supplying logoed drinkware such as water bottles, tumblers, and can coolers, ensuring all items are BPA-free, insulated where appropriate, and offer full-color wrap or imprint capabilities.

Further, a variety of other promotional merchandise—including keychains, lanyards, stress balls, calendars, and tech accessories—are needed. These items should be both functional and suitable for daily or event usage, available in both budget-friendly and premium options, and made from durable materials.
