Additional categories include various bags such as tote, lunch, cooler, drawstring, zippered pouches, laptop-style, messenger, duffel bags, backpacks, travel kits, and rolling bags. Drinkware options to be supplied consist of cups, water bottles, coffee mugs, tumblers, insulated bottles, travel mugs, and glassware. Vendors are also expected to provide a range of promotional giveaways including seat cushions, foam fingers, lanyards, umbrellas, towels, blankets, magnets, frisbees, fidget spinners, cell phone accessories, ear buds, neck wallets, key chains, silicone wristbands, bracelets, sunglasses, stickers, stress balls, small footballs, flashlights, luggage tags, rally towels, cheering sticks, and yard signs.

Signage requirements include indoor/outdoor signage, windscreens, large outdoor facility signs, floor decals, directional signage, and podium covers. The contract period will be three years. All vendor questions must be submitted by March 25, 2026.
