Additionally, vendors must provide a 2-in-1 mini travel kit, which includes a collapsible plastic design featuring a pop-out hairbrush with plastic bristles and a shatter-resistant mirror. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 10, 2026. The resulting contract will be for a one-year period.
