(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional items supplies.– Customizable promotional items that meet diverse branding, quality, and delivery requirements.– Provide apparel suitable for branding and customization.– Bags and totes.– Drinkware– Writing instruments– Award and recognition gifts– Promotional items commonly used for events, campaigns, and public engagement.– Offer keychains, lanyards, stress balls, calendars, and basic technology accessories.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 16, 2026.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on January 14, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
