A New York-based organization is seeking a vendor to supply branded promotional items, including hats and soccer jerseys. The vendor will provide customized products such as straw cowboy hats featuring a curved brim and red ribbon with branded details, boonie hats with a drawstring and single-color embroidered logo (available in white, beige, or red), and fully sublimated short-sleeve soccer jerseys in sizes M and XL, with full-color sublimation on both the front and back.

The scope of work requires each order to feature at least one screen printed logo unless otherwise specified as embroidery. The inclusion of an additional logo may be contingent on the finalization of a sponsorship deal. The selected vendor will collaborate with the organization to tailor each sponsorship and hospitality package to meet specific objectives and stay within budget parameters.
