Vendor needs to provide promotional items and apparel supplies. Agency seeking to obtain established discount rates for catalog related pricing for promotional items, which will be imprinted or embroidered with logos or artwork and ordered on an as needed basis during the contract period. Items include T-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, quarter-zip pullovers, travel coffee/beverage holders, umbrellas, tote bags, bus pass/ID card holders or wallets, and pens. All questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026. Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 17, 2026.
