DESCRIPTION
The County is seeking a highly qualified promotion management company to bring a variety of live entertainment events to an existing fairground facility. Services are expected to include event booking and promotion, event production and marketing, ticket sale management, and the delivery of live entertainment consistent with the County’s goals and discretion.
The selected company must schedule at least 25 live events per year using the current venue facilities. Responsibilities will also include providing experienced engineers for safe, high-quality audio, lighting, and video setups; professional site operations; event staffing, management, and production; and stage production and management.
The contractor will provide parking management to support the safe arrival and departure of ticket holders and visitors. Event security must also be provided to protect ticket holders, performers, staff, and other visitors.
