(1) Vendor needs to provide projection mapping system – provide a projection mapping system for municipal installation at our mural site consisting of high-luminosity outdoor projectors, specialized software for image warping and blending, a media server to manage content for playback, weather-proof mounting enclosure(s) for the projector(s), and a robust power and connectivity system, all designed to project dynamic visuals onto the existing mural wall (approx. 8.5’ high by 49’ wide), requiring planning and calibration to achieve seamless projection mapping across the entire surface. – Responsible for concept design through installation of the system utilizing projectors, software, hardware and any other needed equipment that will project onto the existing art wall each evening at a scheduled time after dusk. – The new Projection Mapping System shall consist of limited renovation of the existing space as needed. – Essential for designing, aligning and warping projected images to fit the target surface, popular options include Christie Mystique, Pandoras Box, Mad Mapper, or Resolute. – A computer system to store and deliver curated video content on a schedule, often integrated with the projection mapping software. – Camera-based alignment system: Used to precisely calibrate the projection onto the mural wall surface, allowing for accurate image placement across multiple projectors. – Community events: Creating immersive experiences for festivals, holiday celebrations, or special occasions at the site (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026.
