An organization in Saskatchewan is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive replacement solution for Microsoft Project Online. The project involves assessment, migration, and end-to-end implementation of a suitable alternative, which may include Microsoft Planner paired with Project Plan 5 or another Microsoft project portfolio management (PPM) solution.

The selected vendor will be responsible for a full suite of services, including configuration of workflows, user roles, security, and reporting. Integration with existing systems, data conversion and migration from the current Project Online system, cutover planning and deployment, as well as warranty support following go-live are required components of the engagement.
