(1) Vendor needs to provide project online replacement solution.– Provide an assessment and implementation and migration from microsoft project online to microsoft planner and project plan 5, and other microsoft related addons as deemed required.– End–to–end implementation of microsoft planner with project plan 5 or an alternative microsoft ppm solution.– Configuration including workflows, user roles, security setup and reporting.– Integration with existing systems.– Data conversion and migration, from project online.– Cutover planning and deployment.– Warranty support post go live.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
