Vendor needs to provide project manager service for enterprise resource planning implementation. Provide project management and agency representative services for the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The project manager will work under the direction of the finance director and in coordination with city staff, the selected ERP software vendor, and other stakeholders as appropriate. The scope includes software, implementation, project management, and other ongoing services. Project manager shall be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the ERP Implementation to support a successful, well-managed project. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
