(1) Vendor needs to provide project management services to the government authority located in Oceanside, CA.– Provide professional Project Management Services for complex water, wastewater, and recycled water Capital Improvement Projects– As envisioned, the Consultant will serve as an extension of staff and will be expected to independently manage assigned projects under the direction of the agency’s Water Engineering Manager– Responsibilities include day–to–day coordination with internal divisions and departments, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and utility operations staff to advance projects through planning, design, permitting, bidding/procurement, construction, and closeout– Selected consultants will be responsible for overseeing Capital Improvement Projects from initiation and design through to construction completion.– Consultants will also review, respond to, and make recommendations based on established agency standards and relevant expertise on reports, plans and specifications prepared by outside consultants in connection with planning and design of Capital Improvement Projects (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for three years.
