The government authority in Oceanside, CA is seeking experienced project management professionals to support multi-year water infrastructure capital improvement projects. The selected consultants will provide comprehensive project management services for complex water, wastewater, and recycled water Capital Improvement Projects.

Consultants will function as an extension of staff, independently managing assigned projects under the direction of the agency’s Water Engineering Manager. Key responsibilities include day-to-day coordination with internal divisions, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and utility operations to ensure successful project delivery through all phases: planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout.
