The chosen solution must support configurable application connectors for seamless integration with external systems, ensuring interoperability and ease of data exchange. Third-party applications used should facilitate data extraction and provide comprehensive data model documentation.

The PMIS must feature federated authentication capabilities to support external non-agency users through third-party identity providers, and guarantee that all web application screens displaying confidential or sensitive information are non-cacheable for enhanced security. Vendors are expected to deliver subscription access to the SaaS platform, conduct thorough system and user acceptance testing (UAT), perform final validation, and offer post-implementation support. Ongoing responsibilities include system monitoring, performance management, and providing regular updates.
