(1) Vendor needs to provide project management information system. – Applications should leverage vendor–certified, configurable application connectors to integrate to external systems. – Third party applications must allow data to be extracted from the application and have data model documentation in a format that can be provided – Applications that authenticate external non–agency users must support federation with a third party IDP authentication services. – All web application screens that contain confidential or sensitive information must be non–cacheable. – Provide subscription access to the SaaS platform– Conduct system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and final validation– Provide post–implementation support after go–live.– Provide system monitoring, performance management, and regular updates.– Key functionality includes:• Support of the Project Lifecycle Phases and Gates• Document storage• Approval workflows for project intake, documents, gates, etc.• Reporting Functionality• Resource analysis(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025.
