(1) Vendor needs to provide project management and engineering services to the government authority located in Pasco, WA. – Perform Project Management and Engineering Services, public outreach, ROW acquisition when needed, environmental compliance document preparation and processing, and construction management and administration services. – Monitor and track project schedule and budget, providing early identification of risks or conflicts. – Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings; prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes, including the kickoff meeting. – Conduct topographic surveying and data collection. – Apply value–engineering principles to optimize project scope, cost, and constructability. – Secure rights of entry, temporary construction easements and ILAs as necessary for the successful completion of the project. – Provide ROW acquisition services as required, coordinating with property owners and legal representatives. – Organize and conduct pre–construction conferences; prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes. – Assist in resolving contract disputes, claims analysis, and mitigation. – Maintain a daily quantity ledger to track construction progress. – Track and report construction costs; maintain detailed records to ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
