Progressive Design-Build Services for Golf Course Maintenance and Operations Facility

A government authority in Spokane, Washington is seeking progressive design-build services to address deficiencies in their current maintenance facility, which is undersized and has compliance concerns. The project involves constructing a new maintenance and operations facility, along with supporting infrastructure, to be shared by two golf courses.

The anticipated new building will be approximately 30’x125’ in size, totaling about 4,600 square feet. The main floor is planned to feature a chemical bay, mechanical bay, locker room, multiple restrooms, a break room, and a conference room. The second floor will include offices, an open meeting space, and a parts storage area. The proposal also requires evaluation of utility extension, site improvements such as paving and stormwater system upgrades, and installation of security fencing.

Additionally, following the construction of the new administrative building, the existing maintenance and operations facility is to be demolished and replaced with a new 6,000 square foot storage building. Prospective bidders must submit any questions by July 8, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for July 7, 2026.
