Vendor needs to provide progressive design build services to the government authority located in Miami, FL. – Provide services for the project including, designing and constructing a modern, flood–resilient museum of approximately 13,295 square feet, featuring elevated structures, expansive glass façades, open interior spaces for exhibitions and community programs, landscaped outdoor areas, and ADA compliant access. – The design will emphasize sustainability, accessibility, and cultural significance while integrating advanced mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems, including high efficiency HVAC, water–conserving plumbing, LED lighting, and building automation. – The project will include major components including substructure, shell, interiors, sitework, and utilities. (2) Pre–bid conference will be held on January 28, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 06, 2026.
