The State of Oregon is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a programming and numeric computing platform to support teaching, learning, and research activities. The desired solution should be delivered as an out-of-the-box SaaS platform and/or as a silent-installable software package, requiring no additional development. This platform will be utilized for numerical computing, data analysis, algorithm development, and customizable 2D and 3D visualization.
The vendor must ensure the security of all facilities and computing equipment, including data centers, servers, backup systems, and mobile devices.
