A government authority in Victoria, British Columbia is seeking a vendor to provide programmer and software development services under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) supply arrangement, stream 1.6 for programmer and software developer resources. The requirement calls for Level 2 Software Developers to support the design, development, and delivery of software applications in a team environment, in alignment with performance, scalability, architectural, quality, and business requirements as directed by the Technical Authority.
The scope of work includes designing and building websites using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and standard HTML/CSS practices; developing and migrating SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online; designing SharePoint sites using JSON; and developing applications and workflows in Microsoft Power Platform. The selected vendor will also be expected to work within Agile methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
