(1) Vendor needs to provide program support and outreach services.– Plan and conduct two workshops– Update and enhance the Program by: recruiting and facilitating a task force to guide program updates, creating a Program application guidance document, creating a Program social media toolkit, developing and launching a Program Mentor Program to foster peer-to-peer learning and collaboration– Stormwater Outreach: plan and implement one in-person workshop and one webinar to achieve the following goals: increase the number of stormwater and nonpoint source pollution project applications submitted, provide case studies and best practices on how communities have developed and implemented a dedicated stormwater funding mechanism, maximize participation in the Stormwater Infrastructure Needs Survey, support the launch and promotion of the Stormwater Rates Dashboard– Provide ongoing technical and analytical support in the use, interpretation, and application of the affordability scoring tool. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.
