The Program Executive Office for Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS) is seeking innovative solutions for data application development and modernization within the Military Health System. The Enterprise Intelligence & Data Solutions (EIDS) Program Management Office is focused on delivering enterprise-wide health and readiness data capabilities that support both military and federal health initiatives.

This opportunity centers on the development of new data and user-centric applications, as well as the modernization of existing applications to enhance user experience. Emphasis is placed on utilizing secure, repeatable application development processes aligned with best practices in DevSecOps and leveraging the AWS GovCloud infrastructure. The aim is to further EIDS PMO's Data Applications as a Service strategy.

Proposals may be awarded through other transaction agreements under 10 U.S.C. 4022 authority.
