The state of Minnesota is seeking qualified vendors to provide professional youth speaking and event facilitation services over a two-year period. The objective of this engagement is to support and enhance agency initiatives by delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate content that encourages student achievement, increases postsecondary awareness, and helps prepare students for education beyond high school.

The contracted services will be utilized for up to eight events per fiscal year, which may include middle school assemblies, program rallies, the annual Postsecondary Pathways Conference, and scholarship recognition events. Expected deliverables consist of keynote speaking, event emceeing, workshop facilitation, multi-day program leadership, integrated event services, comprehensive event partnerships, as well as collaborative content development and customization.
