Vendor needs to provide professional youth speaking and event facilitation services. These services are intended to support and enhance agency programming by delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate content that promotes student achievement, postsecondary awareness, and preparation for education beyond high school. The anticipated contract will support up to eight events per fiscal year. Event types may include, but are not limited to, middle school assemblies, program rallies, the annual Postsecondary Pathways Conference, and scholarship recognition celebrations. Sample Tasks and Deliverables include: Keynote Speaking, Event Emceeing, Workshop Facilitation, Multi-Day Programs, Integrated Event Services, Comprehensive Event Partnership, and Collaborative Content Development and Customization. All questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026. The contract period will be for two years.
