(1) Vendor needs to provide professional standards case management system. – The system shall allow the user to create a record which can subsequently be amended. Full audit of these transactions must be carried out– The system shall allow a user to record the details of non–UK locations.– Should not allow creation of duplicate users on the system. Should prompt user.– The system should be capable of timed reminders for objects transfer and general reminders for outstanding actions. This would ideally be configured by system admin.– The system should contain a series of template letters, notices and reports to be directed by the appropriate users to the appropriate recipient(s), either created manually or automatically and sent either electronically or by hard copy. The should be auto populated by the system where possible.– The system shall, where a user selects the search button, will present a warning box to advise that consideration should be given to whom the intelligence is disseminated whether by word or printed material. The warning box should also advise the user that before any data accessed is disseminated they should ensure that they are aware of the handling codes and obtain authority where necessary.– The system shall be cable of performing both a simple and a complex search. Also the system should be capable of combination searches.– The system shall provide exception reports where data fails the migration process. The application must also detail how such exceptions are to be handled as we as the ability to manage these exceptions.– System data input requires to be validated against a set standard (to be provided by Police Scotland). Where the validation fails the solution must provide a register of failed inputs.– The system shall have the ability to allow users to create bespoke / one off reports. The ability to re–run these reports and amend if required.– The system should be performant for the users.(2) All the questions must be submitted no late
