DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide professional social media strategy development, content creation, and ongoing digital communication management services. The goal of this project is to build a structured, data-driven, and sustainable social media program that enhances organizational transparency, builds community trust, supports recruitment, and facilitates timely and accurate dissemination of public safety information.

The selected provider will be responsible for formulating a comprehensive strategy, including brand positioning, messaging frameworks, content pillars, and platform-specific objectives with clear performance benchmarks. The scope of work includes creation of high-quality multimedia content such as photography, videography, and graphic design, along with the planning and execution of short-form videos, visual storytelling, educational campaigns, podcast-style segments, interactive surveys, and other community engagement initiatives.

Ongoing responsibilities comprise content development, professional copywriting, publishing, daily social media monitoring and engagement, and delivery of monthly analytics and performance reporting. The contract period will last one year.
