(1) Vendor needs to provide professional relocation services to the government authority located in Perth Amboy, NJ.

• The relocation professional will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:

• Providing owners and tenants of residents and businesses of the redevelopment area with proper and continuing relocation assistance information regarding benefits available and eligibility requirements.

• Review and track project scheduled set forth in the redevelopment agreements to assure the timely completion of the relocation efforts so that the redevelopment projects proceed in accordance with the project schedules.

• Provide weekly written progress reports to agency detailing the progress of the relocation efforts.

• Attend redeveloper meeting as necessary.

(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025.

(3) The contract period will be for one year.
