Key responsibilities include overseeing all design and construction work, providing recommendations on capital improvements, real estate transactions, construction challenges, and undertaking scheduling and budget analysis. The vendor will ensure adherence to various stakeholder agreements, such as net leases, master development agreements, and easement operating agreements, and aid in managing design oversight with the developer’s engineers, architects, and consultants. Duties also involve coordinating and tracking impacts from design or construction changes, and monitoring the implementation of LEED and sustainability requirements.

Additional responsibilities comprise offering technical and advisory support during stakeholder negotiations, reviewing claims and charges, cost reconciliation, risk mitigation, and developing comprehensive staging plans to maintain uninterrupted facility operations throughout construction. The vendor will also participate in construction progress monitoring, stakeholder communication, and provide CAD and field verification services to support project documentation and updates.
