The issuing agency is seeking a contractor to provide professional photography and videography services on an as-needed basis for a one-year contract term. Services will support documentation of agency facilities, officials, meetings, events, award ceremonies, programs, and other activities. Availability is required 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Photography services include event coverage for gatherings ranging from a single presenter to potentially thousands of attendees, digital image processing using Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software, and uploading images to an online database within three calendar days after an event. Upon request, images must also be delivered on a flash drive. The contractor may also be asked to provide news and portrait photography and must maintain the equipment necessary to support custom framing services.
Videography services include providing staff videographers and maintaining all required high-definition broadcast-quality video equipment, audio systems, lighting, support gear, monitors, and related accessories. The contractor must be capable of serving large events with audiences of 1,000 or more, editing audio and video into final products, and producing recordings for broadcasts, video news releases, documentary uses, and similar purposes.
