The government authority in Albuquerque, New Mexico seeks a qualified vendor to provide professional municipal advisory services supporting the county’s financial initiatives. The scope excludes specific financing mechanisms such as revenue bonds, general obligation bonds, refunding bonds, tax and revenue anticipation notes, industrial revenue bonds, tax increment financing, public improvement directives, conduit bond financing, tax increment development districts, and local economic development act projects.
The selected advisor will offer guidance and support in the marketing and sale of county bond issues, including comprehensive market condition analyses. The role also involves reviewing and advising on a range of county-funded projects, as requested, utilizing various forms of potential county financing. Additionally, the advisor will supply business analytics on proposed projects, including metrics like return on investment, free cash flow, economic impact, internal rate of return, net present value, premiums paid, income statements, cash flow data, balance sheets, and valuation assessments.
The contract period for these services is four years. All inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 18, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 12, 2026.
