The selected vendor will provide a professional Microsoft CoPilot and Partner of Record (POR) solution. Proposals should demonstrate a relationship with Microsoft as a preferred partner, leveraging Microsoft’s resources, credits, and technical expertise to deliver and promote CoPilot and related services. The vendor will serve as the organization's Microsoft Partner of Record and lead transfer of development knowledge to internal ITS staff to ensure ongoing process support and maintenance. Additionally, the partner should offer robust agent design and governance to build sustainable in-house capabilities and facilitate future AI-driven automation initiatives.
