The government authority in Blacksburg, Virginia is seeking to engage a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive professional mechanical and electrical engineering services. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting evaluations, analyses, preparing recommendations, as well as generating cost and time estimates, reports, feasibility studies, detailed design documents, field inspections and investigations, and ensuring code compliance for mechanical or electrical architectural and engineering projects.
Service requirements include investigating system problems and developing recommendations for corrective action, as well as preparing and submitting design documentation in alignment with specified project requirements. The scope also encompasses conducting feasibility studies for proposed initiatives and ensuring thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
