(1) Vendor needs to provide professional marketing services.– Capacity for accelerated revisions, rush project requests, and strict deadline performance standards for marketing, recruitment, and development planning outputs.– Support milestone– or project–based invoicing formats, adaptable to the Corporation’s approved workflow and reporting cadence.– Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on production status and timelines.– Provide itemized pricing, alternative cost options, and impact notes tied to development readiness decisions for the corporation.– Safeguard and handle any confidential files or data appropriately.– Ability to produce work using current software, modern digital production tools, and appropriate technical systems that reflect high standards of workmanship and implementation–level reliability.– Support framework for onboarding the corporation's staff or partners into deliverable handoffs, workflows, data–standards, and asset–usage expectations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
