• Professional learning requires the purchase of an online platform, to establish a centralized, secure, and efficient system for managing professional development activities for all wake county public school system staff.• Providing a single, reliable digital system to document, track, and store professional development credits, hours, certificates, and continuing education records• System must automatically integrate transcripts during the licensure renewal window.• Hosting a robust catalog of online courses, modules, and learning resources that support staff growth, licensure renewal, and instructional best practices• Generate real–time data reports on professional learning participation, feedback, progress, and credential status.• Courses can be made visible to specific groups of employees, based on role and location.• Reducing administrative burden through automated workflows, digital documentation, and integrated recordkeeping.• Event description allows for images to be uploaded and displayed to participants.• The system shall allow for the export of data to be used with other data systems such as Student Information Systems (SIS), Instructional Management Systems (IMS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
