Vendor needs to provide professional landscape architectural engineering services to the government authority located in Fairhope, AL. – Professional landscape architectural and engineering and architectural design services for the next two construction phases of flying creek nature preserve. Developed in phase I and is based on the continuation of the approved project masterplan for this northern tract. Responsible for grant and project administration. Phase III is the design for active elements with an emphasis on offroad bicycling on the yet to be developed 33–acre southern tract. Design firm will work from a previously prepared and approved masterplan for this tract. Entail the design, letting, project management and construction oversight of expanded and new recreational and outdoor educational facilities within the developing 104 acres. Expand recreational and outdoor educational facilities, based on approved masterplans, within the currently developing large tract. Both tracts are environmentally unique and are forested with a mix of hardwoods and softwoods. Landscape architect–leading design with architectural and engineering design services in a supporting role. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026.
