The vendor will be responsible for the comprehensive design, supply, transportation, installation, and execution of display fireworks tailored to each event's unique requirements.

Responsibilities include developing show concepts that specify effects, show duration, firing method (manual or electric), and recommendations for synchronization. The vendor must also provide thorough safety documentation for each event, including event-specific Safety Plans, Site Plans, and Risk Assessments, addressing fallout and safety distances, crowd control, emergency procedures, and contingencies for severe weather events.

Following each display, the vendor will be expected to submit a detailed post-event incident report and show log, and participate in debrief sessions with municipal staff as needed.
