(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services for water and wastewater projects to the government authority located in Olmito, TX. – Professional engineering firms to provide professional engineering services required for water and wastewater system studies, analyses, rehabilitations, and upgrades as well as facility building engineering expansions and refurbishments. – Water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure as well as other items related to those processes on an on–call or rotation basis. – Provides potable water to over 54,000 residential and commercial customers. It has the capacity to produce 47 million gallons per day of potable water. – Potable water distribution network consists of three water treatment plants, 661 miles of water lines, one ground storage tank, and three elevated storage tanks with booster pumps. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
