The government authority in Connecticut seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive professional engineering services. Scope of services includes project management, wastewater process engineering, civil/site engineering, hydraulics, structural, mechanical, geotechnical, electrical and instrumentation, construction services, land surveying, permitting, environmental management, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, and the preparation and support of complete engineering drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and contract administration.

The selected firm will be responsible for both preliminary and final design phases, including review of soil borings and geotechnical data, determining system configurations, and supporting project documentation requirements for permitting and funding. The scope also includes conducting workshops with the Town at key design milestones (30% and 90%) for comprehensive reviews and providing ongoing project management and contract administration throughout the design phase.
