(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Stanardsville, VA.– General Civil Engineering – to include land surveying, site development, drainage systems, streets/highway design, ADA compliance, traffic control and landscaping. – Water/Wastewater Utility Engineering: Physical plant design, maintenance and operation; wells, pump stations, odor control, distribution line upgrade/rehabilitation, regulatory compliance, and permitting. – Parks and Landscaping: Evaluation and design of multi–function area and linear parks; pedestrian and biking trails, multi–purpose athletic facilities, landscaping and theme type facilities. – Plan Review: Stormwater Management, Erosion and Sediment Control, Site General, Construction building (residential and commercial). – Provide professional and construction support services for any of the following: • Site design • Water and sewer • Building systems planning • Studies • Design • Contract administration assistance • Topographic surveys • Boundary surveys • Easement surveys • Preparation of plats for small construction projects • Small building construction and renovation • Development of recreational facilities (2) The contract period will be for one year.
