Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Perry, FL. The agency desires to engage a consultant to provide it with professional engineering services on an as-needed basis. The professional services will include: feasibility analysis, cost estimation, design (including site design), permitting, contract and construction management, inspections, testing, civil, structural, geotechnical, and electrical engineering work, architectural services, reviewing land development applications and their associated documents, consulting on issues and projects requiring professional engineering analysis and evaluation, and providing land use planning, surveying, geological and/or geo-technical services.
