– Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in NJ. – Provide a qualified Professional Engineer who is thoroughly knowledgeable with underground and aboveground tanks, piping, sensors, monitors, and dispenser systems. – Providing guidance about regulatory requirements, including permitting, design, operation, closure plans and remediation and possesses communication and coordination skills required to assist with design and construction phases. – Provide remedial groundwater investigations providing potential alternative sampling methodologies for horizontal and vertical delineation.
