(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Belleville, IL.– On call professional engineering services of various disciplines, and other related supplemental services on a non–exclusive arrangement.– Required to review building plans and drawings of all types and varieties submitted to the from various builders and developers.– Required to develop plans and drawings for upgrades or improvements for all components of the stormwater system including curb inlets, drains, piping, and stormwater retention basins and ponds.– Required to develop plans and drawings for upgrades or improvements to streets, alleys, sidewalks, and other types of roadways and thoroughfares including their rights of way.– Required to represent the as the project manager for various kinds of construction projects.– Perform various land surveying tasks including measuring and determining property boundaries, placing stakes or other corner markers upon locating property boundaries, and creating and deciphering legal descriptions.– Required to assist with traffic engineering studies, reporting and transportation planning related to improvement project.– Assist with negotiations and acquisitions of land related to an improvement project.– Provide planning, design and specifications for parks, recreation facilities, parking lots and buildings.
