Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Melbourne, FL. To accomplish this pavement management program, the City desires a uniform approach on rating the existing condition of all public streets and developing a priority listing to address the needs for resurfacing and reconstruction. The city does not currently use a pavement management software. If the submitting firm has a recommendation on a software, a recommendation will be reviewed. The software program should allow the city to re-evaluate the streets as repairs are completed in order to re-prioritize the needs.
