A government authority in Vernal, Utah is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive professional engineering services for building and site development projects. The scope of work encompasses site and civil engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical investigation, and related services necessary to support all phases of development from initial design through construction completion.

Services will include geotechnical investigations to support foundation and drainage systems; site and civil engineering tasks such as surveying, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility connections, and site access; as well as structural engineering focused on foundations and footings, contingent upon the specifications determined by the selected metal building supplier. The selected firm will also prepare all necessary documentation for bidding and provide technical assistance throughout the bidding process.

The engineering firm will be expected to provide oversight, consultation, and support throughout the construction project, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of engineered plans. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 17, 2025.
