(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Vernal, UT. – Professional engineering, site design, structural engineering, civil engineering, and related services for building and site development projects. – Capable of providing comprehensive engineering services for the duration of the project, from the development of engineered plans through construction completion. – Geotechnical investigation to support foundation and drainage design. – Civil and site engineering, including surveying, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility connections, and site access. – Structural engineering for foundations and footings, to be completed after the metal building supplier is selected and final loads and anchor bolt requirements are provided. – Preparation of all documents necessary for bidding and technical assistance during the bidding process. – Provide comprehensive engineering services for the entire duration of the construction project, including all required oversight, support, and consultation following completion and delivery of the engineered plans.
