(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Professional engineering services for terminal apron rehabilitation design. – Require extensive phasing design to maintain all daily airport operations. – The design will include concrete and asphalt pavement, drainage upgrades and replacements, full depth excavation, utility relocations, glycol collection system upgrades, airport pavement markings and work zone protection. – Include performing geotechnical investigation, site survey work, and coordination with airport staff and airport tenants for the work to be performed to complete the project. – Provide information on costs, including all rates for engineering services. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2025.
