(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Johns Creek, GA.– Provide consultant services for engineering, design and related professional services.– Prepare preliminary engineering and construction cost estimates.– Other services and items as needed.– Coordinate with proposed improvements in the area including access permits, local land disturbance permits, and local design and construction projects.– City approved comprehensive master plan.– Transportation master plan.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 30,2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on December 18,2025.
