(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Oneonta, NY.– Professional services for main street silver creek bridge structure replacement engineering design services. – Inspect and perform a current evaluation of the main street structure and prepare a written summary of the existing conditions, evaluation of findings, engineers’ recommendations for replacement of the structure and surrounding appetences and a budgetary construction cost estimate. – An appropriate level of hydrologic and hydraulic analysis to ensure no adverse impacts are created. – Prepare an overall final best opinion of construction cost including anticipated engineering services during construction. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2025.
