(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Florida. • Topographic surveys, as needed, including overhead and underground utilities, of the expansion area and the proposed. • Supplemental survey of identified wetlands as needed for site design. • Wetland assessment. • Wildlife survey of endangered/threatened/protected/listed species. • Geotechnical survey for structures and pond design. • Engineers estimate of the probable cost of construction. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 2, 2025. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025.
